Very basic for me. I guess its good for someone who knows nothing about whey protein. It was a quick read
I'm writing this review to let you know that the book is pretty amazing.
I work out on a tight schedule and use a Creatine supplement but had no idea what whey protein could do for me. Strictly out of curiosity about other types of supplements for building muscles and I bought this book.
It is literally packed with information about whey protein, I had no idea, really!!! I just bought and started using my own whey protein Isolate. I love the shake recipes although I have only used one so far, I am looking forward to trying some of the others. For those that want to understand what whey protein is and how to use it, this book is a must.
There really isn't anything like it for this price out there, anywhere. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more books by the author, Richard Jarvis!!
Good informational. Recipes sound awesome can't wait to try them. Would had like to know the difference between other proteins such as soy or pee as reference.
